First Transaction Bonus
Earn 250 shares after closing your first transaction each year (awarded month after shares are earned).
Commission Cap Bonus
Receive 500 shares on reaching or exceeding your annual commission cap (awarded month after shares are earned).

Sponsor an agent who closes their first transaction with Fiv and earn 500 shares.
Network Growth
Recruit 100 active agents in your first circle and earn 5,000 shares.

5,000 shares
First 5 team leaders to reach 500 active agents in their circles.

First 25 team leaders/agents to recruit 50 capping active agents in all their circles.

First agent/team leader to open a state. Agent must actively practice in the state.

Sponsor 5 teams each with at least 5 capping agents who cap in their first year.

Stock Purchase Awards
Pre-Cap Matching
Commit 5% of your commission to stock purchases and get an additional 25% in free shares.
Post-Cap Matching
Commit 10% of your commission (up to $15,000 annually) to purchase stock and receive and additional 50% in free shares.
Valuation
Share quantities are determined based on the closing market value of Fiv Realty stock on the last trading day of the month.
Opt-In Flexibility
No vesting period applies to purchased shares, and agents may enroll or withdraw at any time.
Who Qualifies for Stocks
Except for those purchased directly, these awards are subject to a 3-year vesting period. Any recruited agents must be in good standing with the brokerage, and both the sponsor and sponsored agent must be active at the time of vesting. All participants in the plan will be subject to and should fully understand the terms and conditions set forth by management in the company’s formal Stockholder Agreement.
